Open Settings, then Import and export. Contacts, companies, deals, invoices and the rest export as CSV. Files download too.
You do not need to ask us and there is no waiting period.

Your company's data sits in its own database rather than mixed into a shared one. That is what makes handing it over a copy rather than a project, and it is a deliberate design decision rather than a happy accident.
If you close your account
We delete your data within 90 days. Export first.
