For health and wellbeing

The client, the plan, and what happens next.

For physiotherapists, clinics, salons, barbers, vets, therapists, aesthetics and personal trainers. Result Studio holds the enquiry, the consultation, the plan you agreed and the appointments that follow, so a client who has not been in for six months is a record you can read rather than a name you half remember.

Day one

It arrives set up for you, not for a sales office.

The app opens on Enquiry, Consultation booked, Plan agreed, In treatment, Aftercare. Not a sales pipeline. You get Clients and Appointments rather than Organisations and Activities, with queues for Bookings, Aftercare and Accounts.

It is built around the shape of repeat care: somebody enquires, comes in once, agrees a course of something, and then either keeps coming or quietly stops. The board makes the quietly stopping visible.

None of it is locked. Rename anything, add stages, delete what you do not use.

The client

Everything about them, on one page.

Every appointment, message, note and file on the client record, including emails sent from Outlook or Gmail. Custom fields hold whatever your practice needs to record about a person, and permissions decide who can see it.

  • Full history of appointments and correspondence
  • Custom fields for whatever you need to record
  • Per-person permissions over who sees what

The diary

Appointments that do not live in one person head.

A shared calendar per practitioner with week and day views, drag to reschedule, and two-way Google Calendar sync so the diary you already live in stays correct. The home screen opens on who is coming in today.

  • Week and day views with drag to reschedule
  • Two-way Google Calendar sync per person
  • Today and overdue lists that follow you around

Coming back

The follow-up that pays for itself.

Book the next appointment before they leave, or schedule a follow-up for six weeks out and let it appear on the day. The clients who drift are the ones nobody scheduled anything for, and those are the ones the board shows you.

  • Follow-ups scheduled ahead and surfaced when due
  • Aftercare as a stage, not an afterthought
  • Enquiries that never converted stay visible rather than lost

Straight answers

Including what it does not do.

Can clients book themselves online?

Not yet, and for a busy salon or clinic this is the honest gap. There is a web form that creates the enquiry for you, but no live availability calendar a client picks a slot from. If self-booking is the reason you would buy something, this is not it today.

Does it send appointment reminders by text?

It sends email, not SMS. Given how many no-shows text reminders prevent, that matters, and you should keep whatever handles it now.

Is this a clinical records system?

No, and please do not treat it as one. It is a client relationship and booking system. It is not built or certified for clinical notes, prescribing, or the specific handling that health records require. Keep your clinical system and use this for the relationship and the money around it.

Where is client data held, and is it suitable for sensitive information?

Each business gets its own separate database on a UK server, with per-person permissions, two-factor authentication and an audit log. Whether that is appropriate for the particular data you hold is a judgement for you and your own advice, especially for anything classed as special category.

Can I take a deposit?

You can invoice for one and chase it if unpaid, but the customer pays by bank transfer. There is no card payment yet, so no automatic deposit on booking.
