For small business

One place, instead of five subscriptions.

Most small businesses end up paying for a CRM, a helpdesk, a project tool, a chat widget and an invoicing app, none of which talk to each other. Result Studio is all of it in one workspace, so a customer's enquiry, their order, their support and their invoice sit on the same record.

The actual problem

The tools are fine. The gaps between them are not.

A customer emails support about an order they placed after a chat with your sales side. In most setups that is three tools and nobody has the whole story. Here it is one contact record with the conversation, the order, the ticket and the invoice on it.

The saving is real but it is not the point. The point is not having to ask a customer to repeat themselves.

Sales

A pipeline that fits how you actually sell.

Enquiries on a board you drag through stages you name yourself. Contacts carry every email, note and file. When something has sat still too long it flags itself, because the enquiry you forgot about is the one that cost you.

  • Web forms and live chat that create the enquiry for you
  • Emails filed automatically, including from Outlook and Gmail
  • Import your existing customers from CSV with a preview first

Support

Support that does not need a support team.

A shared inbox where nothing gets missed, with response deadlines and automatic acknowledgements so a customer knows they have been heard even when everyone is busy. Small enough to run on your own, structured enough to hand over when you hire.

  • Email, web form and live chat into one queue
  • Saved replies for the questions you answer every week
  • A thread the customer can open from a link, no account needed
A support queue with response deadlines on each request
Money

Quotes, invoices, and the chasing.

Send a quote, turn it into an invoice when they accept, and let Result Studio chase what is overdue. Three, seven and fourteen days after the due date it emails them for you, and stops when they pay. Recurring work bills itself on a schedule.

  • Quotes a customer accepts online with a click
  • Automatic reminders on overdue invoices
  • Recurring billing for retainers and subscriptions

Straight answers

Fair questions about a small tool.

Can customers pay an invoice by card?

Not yet. Invoices go out with your bank details and the customer pays by transfer. Card payment is the next thing on the list and is being built now, so if that is a deal breaker today it will not be for long.

Is it really all included, or is this a teaser tier?

All of it is included. There is no version where support or invoicing costs extra. It is free while we are in beta, and the paid plans afterwards differ on how many people and how much storage, not on which features you get.

What if I only want the invoicing?

Use it and ignore the rest. Nothing nags you to fill in the parts you do not need, and empty sections stay out of the way.

We are two people. Is this overkill?

Possibly, if a spreadsheet and an inbox genuinely work for you. The point at which it stops working is usually the same for everyone: something gets forgotten, or you cannot answer what happened with a customer six months ago. Set it up when you are near that, not before.

Does it link to Xero or QuickBooks?

Not yet. You can export invoices as CSV for your accountant. A proper accounting feed is planned but not built, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise.

What happens to my data if I leave?

Export everything as CSV whenever you want. Each company sits in its own database rather than sharing rows with everyone else, and we hand it over without argument.
